Discover the little sister of the Rince Cochon, brewed for a long time under the name of “The Rince Cochon”, the Rince Cochon Rouge (Red) is today brewed by Haacht in Belgium. This beer is very different from the blond version, since this new Rince Cochon is flavored with red fruit, pours a red color and wears a reworked label on red tones. The character of this beer lies in its dark pink colour reminiscent of red fruit. However, compared to most fruity beers, this one isn’t light and features an ABV of 7.5%. The whole is topped by a thick, long-lasting and slightly pink head. It challenges the nose with fruity aromas that one can try to guess. The presence of alcohol is obvious. In the mouth, the flavours are sweet and fruity with notes of strawberries, cherries (the beer is produced with cherry juice) and raspberries. One can also sense the presence of hops, barley and malt. Do not wait any longer and try this fruity beer amazingly strong for a beer of that kind, you can even pour it in its special Red Beer Glass.

Very cloudy pale yellow beer, big solid creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive. Smell is typical witbier. Aroma is orange, wheat and yeast, along with herbal and citric notes. Has a strong taste with medium sweetness and light lemony sourness. Quite fizzy and very refreshing. Light-bodied. Overall, a delicious wheat beer. Quite a classic.

A heavily hopped beer brewed using home-baked malt. Triporteur From Heaven is the modern version of traditional hopped ale. It is a heavenly beer brewed with home-baked BOM malt. The wheat malt in the unfiltered beer can produce a light cloudiness. The taste of Heaven remains evolving in the bottle.

Cloudy golden yellow with very big white head. Fruity and flowery hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit and pineapple, backed by slightly bready malt and a tinge of Belgian yeasty spice. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a dry and crisp mouthfeel. Mildly (cara-)malty taste with fruity and slightly resiny hops; quite dry and bitter hoppy finish with an aromatically hoppy tail and a light but also rounded malty sweetness.

Clear pale yellowish beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable. Aroma has citrus, crisp malts, grapefruit hops, wheat. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has nice crisp malts, light fresh hops, mild pepper, citrus, grapefruit. Quite fresh. Nice elegant beer.

Clear yellow golden color, small to average sized white head that leaves fair lacing. Smell is bit bitter ( spicy side ) , some sweetness . Some yeast character . ice taste at first, fresh and refreshing with apricot, some peach, orange, a touch of sourness and a kind of off-putting metalic finish that thankfully doesn’t last for long. Nice bitterness on the aftertaste.

Anglium extra hop is a hoppy blond Belgian specialty beer with a fresh and soft taste, that undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. As the name suggests, Anglium Extra Hop has a pleasant, fruity aroma and a spicy and strong hop character. To optain the flavors and aromas better to their full potential, as a filter centrifuge method is applied. This may result in slightly more sediment and yeast hop parts at the bottom of the bottle. Alcohol content: 6,5% Anglium Extra Hop and Anglium Parfiat his unique concoctions, inspired by old Belgian recipes. In spring you can enjoy Maneblusser Lente. This light blond beer is brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, oats and rye. It was seasoned with classics such as coriander, cumin and curaçao. The result? At the same time refreshing and full of character. Just like spring, it tastes mellow sweet, fruity and deliciously floral. Ideal to enjoy in the spring sun!

A little hazy yellow/golden colored beer. A nice white creamy head. Aroma of hop bitter, and strange for a blond beer, some notes of roasted malts. The taste has these notes also. the taste is malty and fruity with some sweet bitter notes in the back. A very good beer.

They love experimenting at the City Brewery! With multiple, sometimes slightly eccentric test brews as a result! Beers that are normally brewed only once and available for a limited time only. But Lost in Spice, the fourth test brew, just seemed to hit the nail on the head. And because it quickly earned such a loyal following, the brewery decided to make it a permanent fixture alongside the Bolleke, Triple d’Anvers and Wild Jo.

How did it all begin? The Master Brewer, Sven was completely Lost in Spice when instead of hops, he loaded our hop gun with spices. At which point dry hopping made way for “dry spicing” with ginger and cardamom. In addition, orange peel, coriander and lemon were also added to the mash tun, resulting in a refreshing, pithy blond beer of 5.2% alcohol with fruity notes of citrus and a spicy aftertaste. Lost in Spice lets you taste the sun all year round!
